How to get involved!

Fiber Action Cooperative is not a membership organization at this time. But the name of the group says it all - Fiber Artists in Action Cooperatively! So, we are offering ways to participate as a volunteer, as a demonstrator, as a supporter.

Take a class - offered by one of the knowledgeable fiber artists in the area. Our current offerings are on our Classes page.

Teach a class - Email us your idea for a fiber arts class and we will advertise it on our site.

Demonstrate - Ongoing demonstrations as new events are scheduled. Check our News and Commentary page for upcoming events.

Organizational help - We will need fundraising and grant writing help as well as data entry, computer work, web work and articles.

Regarding Donations -
We are in the process of applying for our non-profit status. Any donations to the group, in kind or in cash, will not be tax-deductible til our status is confirmed. But, we will make careful records and receipts of all donations for that time.
